Eric joins Performance Learning as an accomplished urban public K-12 school transformation leader, with more than 10+ years of experience, who specializes in using student-centric, evidence-based approaches to improve essential culture/climate elements that leads to constructive, consensus-based organizational change. Eric’s expertise includes: data-driven instruction, establishing professional communities of practice, personalized learning, instructional design and learning innovations with an emphasis on Common Core State Standards, educational leadership strategies, curriculum auditing/mapping and development, equity literacy, special education program implementation, human performance analysis and technology, and restorative practices for adolescents and adults. Eric is passionate about providing full access to high-quality, rigorous instruction for all students regardless of individual socio-economic standing given appropriate supports. Currently, Eric is completing doctoral studies at Concordia University – Chicago and is also adjunct faculty with Northwestern College.
