Our consultant Lindsay Meeker is offering two courses this summer for elementary teachers in the region through our partner, the Moline ROE.
The first course is Mindful Moments in the Classroom, PreK- Grade 2
Learn how to integrate mindfulness into your work with youth using Mindful Moments in the Classroom. Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. It has a variety of research-backed impacts, including a reduction in toxic stress, and an improvement in job satisfaction, emotional regulation, focus, and executive functioning.
